In the last five years, Central Ohio has made marginal gains in getting more women to the C-suite.

Columbus Business First research found that women increased their share of leadership roles in many key areas locally over the past several years. But our analysis also shows that women are still vastly underrepresented – and underpaid – despite making up almost half of the U.S. labor force.
